EDENS CAFE MEDITERRANEAN RESTAURANT HAMILTON

Edens Café® and restaurant is a little eatery with a big heart located in Hamilton, Ontario.  This cozy place serves up Mediterranean, Italian and Greek cuisines.  The concept behind the café was to create an environment that was well suited for having great conversations while being served specialty drinks and quality fresh cooked meals made on premise.  The ambience is relaxed while still retaining a chic atmosphere. The worldwide special collection of music playing all day is uplifting and soothing.

Edens Café is founded by Eleni, Christina and Sam.  Eleni and Christina both possess years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Christina has opened up several successful bars and restaurants in the Toronto area. Sam is from New York City, bringing with him 10 years of culinary experience.  He was the head chef of Edens Café creating his own fusion dishes – dishes that left an explosion of flavours in your mouth.

Together, they had envisioned what Edens Café is today – a modern open concept kitchen, open to serve you the freshest and most unique of foods to everyone. The menu includes gluten safe, vegan and vegetarian choices, while being completely free of GMO (genetically modified foods). Edens Café meats are sourced from local farms and served fresh. Never processed, packaged or frozen.  Their produce is also sourced from their surrounding farms in the Hamilton area.

Edens Café grows organic Wheat Grass used in a variety of drinks. They also offer a selection of international coffees that is prepared with a state of the art espresso machine.  A specialty blend of cold press juices and smoothies are all made available to help you maintain balanced health. A generous selection of booster shots is also available for a boost in energy.
